创新已成为新时期引领发展的第一动力,农业科技单位管理人员能力的提高、管理方式的创新逐渐成为提高科技产出率的有效途径。本文从农业科研单位实际出发,探讨了新时期农业科技发展提升管理能力的必要性,提出了改进工作的方法和夯实工作基础以拓展管理能力的具体建议,从而为农业科技创新提供强有力的支撑。

Innovation has become the first driving force for development in the new period.The improvement of management personnel ability and innovation of management mode of agricultural scientific research institutes are effective ways to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological output.In this paper,based on the practice of agricultural scientific research institutes,the necessity of improving the management ability for developing agricultural science and technology in the new period was discussed,the specific suggestions for improving the work methods and consolidating the work base were put forward to expand the management ability,so as to provide strong and effective support for innovation of agricultural science and technology.
