摘要
针对影响航班延误事件的相关因素,基于粗糙集理论,运用Rosetta软件对数据规则进行提取,确定航班延误具体成因与延误等级的关系。实例分析表明:在信息不完全或不确定的情况下,当发生某些等级的航班延误事件时,采用该方法可提前判断可能造成的航班延误等级,为启动安全预警方案作提前准备,避免冲突造成过大损失。
Aimed at the related factors influencing the abnormal flight events,based on the rough set theory,data rules were extracted by using software Rosetta,and the relationship between specific cause and the delay level of the flight delay was determined.Example analysis shows that under the incomplete and uncertain information condition,when some kinds of delay events occur,the final flight delay level can be predicted with the proposed method,which can help to prepare for starting safety early-warning in advance,and avoid clashes and excessive damage.
