摘要
控制食品放射性核素污染对于保障食品安全和公众健康具有重要意义。介绍放射性物质对食品和人体的危害,阐述部分地区食品中放射性物质含量和相应的检验方法及限量值,并提出下一步的研究方向,以期为食品放射性核素污染的控制提供参考。
Controlling the contamination of food radionuclide is of great significance to ensure food safety and public health.This paper introduced the harm of radioactive substances to food and human body,expounded the content of radioactive substances in food in some areas as well as the corresponding test methods and limits,and put forward the next research orientation,in order to provide reference for controlling the contamination of food radionuclide.
