Problems and Suggestions in the Development of National Vocational Skill Standard

国家职业技能标准的制定对技能人才的培养起到重要的技术保障作用。分析现行国家职业技能标准开发中存在的问题,提出通过建立专家库、形成动态更新机制、做好宣传、创新职业技能标准开发新模式等措施,进一步做好国家职业技能标准开发工作。

The development of national vocational skill standard plays an important technical support in the training of skilled personnel.This paper analyzed the existing problems in the development of national vocational skill standard,and put forward some measures such as establishing expert database,forming dynamic updating mechanism,making good publicity and innovating new mode of vocational skill standard development,in order to further develop the national vocational skill standard.
