依法治校背景下二级学院学生会运行机制探讨

Discussion on Operating Mechanism of Secondary College Student Union at the Background of Managing the University by Law

依法治校是各高校推进依法治国的具体体现,已经成为高校管理的基本原则。二级学院学生会要用法治化的理念工作,是新时期依法治国、依法治校、依法治教的新要求。指出依法治校背景下二级学院学生会存在的突出问题,分析问题形成的原因,并提出实际可行的改进策略,以期为学生会法制化管理提供思路。

Managing the university by law is the concrete expression that universities promote the process of ruling the country by law,and it has become the basic principle of university management.Working with legalization concept is the new requirements for secondary college student union in the new era ruling the country,university and education by law.This paper pointed out some outstanding problems which secondary college student union has at the background of managing university by law,analyzed the causes of the problems,and put forward available improved strategy,in order to provide some new ideas for the legalized management of student nion.
