摘要
本文介绍了一种与实测数据十分接近的电阻应变式钢轨式称重测力传感器(以下简称"钢轨传感器")腹板内最大剪应力和输出灵敏系数的计算方法,解决了钢轨传感器为了承受车轮碾压而设计成大翼面致使严重偏离儒拉夫斯基公式推导中的假设条件使计算误差可达数倍的难题。
In this paper,a method for calculating the maximum shear stress and output sensitivity coefficient in the web of the resistive strain-type rail load cell(hereinafter referred to as"rail load cell"),which is very close to the measured data,is introduced.The problem that rail load cells are designed to withstand wheel rolling with a large wing surface that deviates seriously from the assumptions in the derivation of the Julasky formula makes the calculation error several times.
