摘要
随着信息渠道多元化、交通方式自由化、交易方式即时化、游览活动生活化、旅游体验真实化等游客新需求特点的出现,旅游公共服务的供给显得老套和落伍。旅游行业协会作为第三方力量,在旅游公共管理中一直起着不可替代的作用。旅游业经济自由度指数高、中小企业为主、产业关联性强等特点势必要求旅游行业协会解开束缚,更大程度发挥其功能优势并不断优化。本文从旅游行业协会功能演化为起点,结合目前游客新的需求特点,进而详细论述了新时代、新背景下旅游行业协会功能优化的诸多方面和问题。
As the appearance of new demands of tourists,such as the diversification of information channel;the liberalization of transportation way;the instantaneous trading;life-oriented sightseeing activities;the actualization of travel experience,tourism public service seems to be old and outdated.As a third party power,the tourism industry association plays an irreplaceable role in tourism public administration.Tourism industry has the characteristics of high degree of economic freedom;high percentage of primary and small enterprises;and strong industrial associations,so inevitably require the industry association of tourism industry to be unshackle,to make greater use of its functional advantages and to continuously optimize.This paper makes the function evolution of tourism industry association of China as a starting point,combines the present new tourist demand characteristic,and then under the background of new era discusses in detail,a new optimization of several aspects of the function of the travel industry association and problems.
