摘要
本文认为高职院校酒店管理专业学生的就业竞争力现状主要表现在动手能力、操作技能更为出色,行业认知、自我定位较为理性,抗压能力、受挫能力亟需提升,精益思维、细节管理严重不足,学习能力、创新思维有待提升,管理能力、综合素养缺失较多六个方面。在此基础上进行原因分析与深度剖析,进而提出了相应的提升对策。
This paper considers that the actuality of employment competitiveness of students of hotel management professional in higher vocational colleges mainly manifest in the following six aspects:the hands-on ability and operational skills are better,the industry cognition and self-positioning are more rational,the ability of anti-pressure and resistance against frustration need to be improved,lean thinking and detailed management are not enough,learning ability and innovative thinking need to be improved,management ability and comprehensive quality are not enough.This paper carry out the reason analysis and depth analysis on the basis of the actuality and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
