试析考古遗址数字化保护管理集成系统的设计

Analysis of the Integrated Management System for Digitalizing the Protection of Archaeological Site Design

通过对考古遗址保护工作业务流程的梳理,将各个环节形成的信息流和资料成果进行分析和汇总,形成文物工作的数据管理需求;以此为依据,从数据库设计、功能设计、关键问题及其技术策略3个方面来构建和分析考古遗址数字化保护管理集成系统。该系统能满足文物资源的整合、信息的开放共享和自由交换,实现保护工作业务流程规范化和信息处理自动化,为管理部门和决策层提供管理、考古、研究、规划、展示、宣传等全方位的业务支撑。希望该系统设计的探索能从技术层面为我国考古遗址保护工作的有序开展和高效实施寻求新的思路。

By reviewing the work flow of archaeological site protection,the paper analyzes and pools the information flow and materials from each procedure,which constitutes data needs for management.Based on it,an integrated management system for digitalizing the protection of archaeological site is structured and analyzed from three respects,namely,design of database,function design as well as key issues and technical strategy.The system can help consolidate relics resources,share and exchange information freely,standardize the work flow for protection,process information automatically,and provide competent departments with evidence for their decision-making in management,study,planning,exhibition and publicity.It is hoped that the system can explore a new way of thinking for orderly and efficient protection of archaeological sites from technical perspective.
