旅游视角下长春市工业遗产保护与利用研究——以康德火磨主厂房为例

Study on the Protection and Utilization of Industrial Heritage in Changchun City from the Perspective of Tourism——Taking the De-Kang Fire Gound Site as an Example

文章以康德火磨主厂房(以下简称"康德火磨")为例,通过历史背景介绍、综合价值分析,提出"食品加工"工业遗产旅游路线,对其战略定位、发展规划进行了较为详细地说明,在市域、区域、点3个层面提出规划策略。同时以康德火磨博物馆开发为例,提出前期、中期、后期策略。

Based on the De-Kang fire gound site as the example,through the introduction of the historical background,the comprehensive value analysis,the article put forward the"food processing"industrial heritage tourism route.The strategic positioning and development planning are described.And we puts forward the planning strategy in three aspects,the city region,the region and the point.we take the De-Kang fire gound site museum development as an example,in the early,middle and late stages of strategy.
