基于轮迹分布与标线平移的路面使用寿命决策模型 被引量:2

摘要 为延长路面总体寿命和提高路面利用效率,从减缓路面主轮迹带破坏的角度,提出通过平移车道标线位置均衡轴载分布的方法。实地调查了津晋高速行车道上15条条带的交通组成及流量,运用高斯拟合得到车型频率分布函数,得到综合车型轮迹分布和累计标准轴次分布系数计算方法;依据平移前/后平移量与累计轮迹分布的函数关系,提出判定可能平移量的面积法和解析法,并考虑道路横断面的布置要求确定平移量;依据平移前/后主轮迹带与非主轮迹带的叠加作用效果同时达到极限破坏状态,建立基于轮迹带累计标准轴次的车道标线平移模型,可推导满足指标下限的平移时机和路面使用寿命。实例表明,当平移量为25 cm、50 cm时,路面使用寿命可分别延长20%、50%以上。车道标线平移可均衡路面荷载分布,可提高路面利用效率,为高速公路路面养护管理提供参考。 In order to prolong lifespan of pavement and improve the utilization ratio of pavement,from the perspective of retarding damage of staple wheel-path pavement,a method of balancing axle load distribution by lane line translation was proposed.With traffic composition and volume on 15 stripes of Tianjin-Jincheng highway s carriageway detected,Gaussian fitting were used to get frequency distribution of different vehicle types,and then integrated wheel-path distribution of vehicle types and distribution coefficients of accumulated standard axles frequency on the wheel-path were obtained.The area method and the analytical method of determination of possible translational amount were proposed,according to the function relationship of translational amount and cumulative wheel-path distribution of pre-translation/post-translation,and the translational amount was obtained considering requirements of road cross-sectional layout.According to superposed effects of the staple wheel-path and the nonstaple wheel-path of pre-translation/post-translation damage simultaneously,a lane line translation model based on the accumulated standard axles on the wheel-path was obtained,and then translational timing and pavement life were derived.The example shows that prolonged lifespan of pavement arrived to 20%and 50%respectively when translational amount were 25 cm and 50 cm.Lane line translation can balance load distribution and improve the use efficiency of pavement,which can provide reference for highway pavement maintenance and management.
