蒸发式冷凝器用于蒸气压缩制冷循环的节能分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对蒸气压缩制冷循环冷凝热3种水冷排热过程的冷却水量损失、循环冷却水系统运行能耗,以及对制冷循环影响的分析,结合实际循环计算,发现蒸发式冷凝器不会减少冷却水量损失,这与目前普遍认知不一致,但是在降低冷却水运行功耗、提高制冷循环效率方面效果显著。 According to three kinds of water-cooled condensing heat discharge process in the vapor compression refrigeration cycle,the cooling water loss,the energy consump-tion of cooling water circulation system,and the effects on the refrigeration cycle are ana-lyzed.Through calculation on the practical cycle,it is found that the application of evapo-rative condenser can not reduce the cooling water loss,which does not coincide with the cognition now,but it has a notable effect in the aspects of reducing the power consump-tion of the cooling water system and improving the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle.
