摘要
开启式螺杆压缩机组使用闭式星三角启动配合PLC控制系统,不仅能保证系统稳定运行,而且整套系统经济实用,在市场应用率很高。本文介绍了开启式螺杆压缩机的闭式星三角控制系统和产品测试情况,采用闭式星三角启动可有效地减轻压缩机启动过程对电网和回路元件造成的冲击,对延长元件的使用寿命有着重要的意义。
The closed star-delta starting working in with PLC control system is applied to the open-type screw compressor unit.It is the closed star-delta starting working in with PLC controlsystemthatnotonlycanensurethestableoperation of thesystem,butalso the whole system is economical and practical.Besides,the percentage of market occupancy is high.This paper introduces The closed star-delta control system and product testing of the open-type screw compressor.Using the The closed star-delta to start can effectively reduce the impact of the compressor on the power grid and circuit components,and it’s im-portant to extend the service life of the components.
