大学生学习倦怠对教育质量的影响研究——以学前教育专业本科生为例 被引量:2

摘要 大学生教育质量问题受到社会的广泛关。大学生学习倦怠是影响教育质量的重要因素。该文以某高校学前教育专业的217名本科生作为样本,调查分析学前教育专业本科大学生学习倦怠状况,并分析大学生学习倦怠与其影响因子之间的关联性,并分析学校教育教学环境、社会环境、家庭等对大学生学习倦怠的影响。高校应从课程体系改革、营造学习氛围和加强学生管理、帮助大学生制定职业生涯规划、加强师资队伍建设、加强思想教育和心理疏导等五个方面来应对大学生学习倦怠问题,以提高教育质量。 The quality of undergraduate education is getting more and more attention from the society.Learning burnout of college students is an important factor affecting the quality of Education.Taking 217 undergraduates majoring in preschool education in a university as a sample,this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of learning burnout of undergraduates majoring in preschool education,and analyzes the relationship between learning burnout and its influencing factors,and analyzes the influences of teaching environment,social environment and family environment on the college students'learning burnout.Accordingly,universities should copy with the problem of Learning burnout of college students in order to improve the quality of Education from the aspects of curriculum system reform,standardization of academic management,establishment of career planning,construction of teaching staff and ideological and psychological education.
