理工科大学大一新生时间管理情况调查研究——以南京工业大学为例

Time Management Research of Freshmen in Universities of Science and Engineering——Taking Nanjing Tech University as an Example

以南京工业大学电气工程与控制科学学院2016级大一新生于第一学期在时间管理系统中所填数据为分析基础,结合我国社会文化和教育环境,探索大一新生时间管理情况。调查结果发现,城乡教育基础鸿沟在大一新生身上清晰可见,城市生源的大一新生在"课外讲座时间""科技创新时间"管理上优于农村生源学生;担任学生干部能更有利于培养大一新生的时间管理能力;总体来看,大一新生的适应性问题形势严峻,新生适应问题对大一新生的学习成绩有显著影响。

Based on the data filled by the freshmen in 2016 grade in the first semester of the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science,Nanjing Tech University,and combined with the social culture and educational environment in China,this study explores the time management of college freshmen.The study shows that,the foundation gap of urban and rural education is clearly visible in freshmen and the city students spend more time on the“extra-curricular lecture”and the“scientific and technological innovation”than the rural students.A student cadre can be more conducive to cultivating college freshman time management ability.On the whole,the adaptability of college freshmen is serious and it has a significant impact on the freshmen’s academic performance.
