摘要
TPACK是信息化时代教师专业知识的核心,它对于促进信息技术与教育教学的深度融合和推动教师专业发展具有重要作用。该文在分析TPACK产生背景、概念框架与核心内涵的基础上,采用问卷调查和实地访谈方法,调查分析中学英语教师的TPACK素养现状。学校应明确提高中学英语教师TPACK素养的意义,完善激励机制,创新培训策略,构建发展共同体,优化配置信息化教学需要的软硬件资源,营造信息化教学环境,以促进中学英语教师持续不断地提高TPACK素养。
TPACK is the core of teachers’professional knowledge in the information age.It plays an important role in promoting the deep integration of information technology and education and the professional development of teachers.Based on the analysis of the background,conceptual framework and core connotation of TPACK,the present situation of TPACK literacy of English teachers in middle schools is investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire and field interviews.The school should clear the significance of improving the TPACK literacy of English teachers in middle schools,perfect the incentive mechanism,innovate the training strategy,construct the community of development,optimize the allocation of the software and hardware resources needed by the information-based teaching and create the informationbased teaching environment to promote the middle school English teachers to continue to improve the TPACK literacy.
