腔镜辅助经颈-腹-纵隔食管癌根治术治疗胸段食管癌30例

Laparoscopy Assisted Esophagectomy by Transhiatal-transcervical Approaches for Thoracic Esophageal Carcinoma: Report of 30 Cases

目的探讨腔镜辅助经颈-腹-纵隔食管癌根治术的临床应用价值。方法 2016年1月~2017年1月,对30例胸段食管癌行腔镜辅助经颈-腹-纵隔食管癌根治术。结果 30例肿瘤均完全切除,手术时间(170.8±45.3)min,出血量(115.6±31.2)ml,术后住院时间7~13 d(中位时间8 d),无死亡,无严重肺部并发症,无喉返神经损伤,无吻合口漏。结论此术式切除效果确切,对心肺功能要求低,术后并发症少,手术时间短,有利于术后快速康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopy assisted esophagectomy by transhiatal-transcervical approaches for esophageal carcinoma. Methods Between January 2016 and January 2017,a total of 30 patients with thoracic esophageal carcinoma experienced the laparoscopy assisted esophagectomy by transhiatal-transcervical approaches. Results The tumors were totally resected in all the 30 patients.The average operation time was(170.8±45.3)min,the bleeding volume was(115.6±31.2)ml,and the median postoperative hospital stay was 8 d(rang,7-13 d).No death cases,serious lung complication,recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,or anastomotic leakage were seen. Conclusion This surgical method can perform radical resection,with advantages of less influence on patients’cardiopulmonary functions,less postoperative complications,short operation time and rapid recovery.
