核磁共振成像及扩散加权成像在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)及扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法以65例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,术前均行MRI及DWI扫描检查和CT检查,分析卵巢肿瘤患者影像学表现,测定肿瘤ADC值,以术后组织病理学结果为金标准,比较MRI及DWI与CT检查对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。结果与组织病理学结果对照,MRI诊断卵巢肿瘤良恶性的敏感性、特异性、准确性均高于CT(P<0.05);良性组ADC值高于恶性组(P<0.05);MRI及DWI诊断卵巢肿瘤分期的准确率高于CT(P<0.05)。结论 MRI及DWI对卵巢肿瘤良恶性、分期诊断的准确性明显高于CT,在卵巢肿瘤诊断中有较高临床应用价值。 To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Sixty-five patients with ovarian tumors treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects.All patients were examined by MRI,DWI and CT.Imaging findings of ovarian tumors were analyzed and ADC values of tumors were determined.With postoperative histopathological findings as the golden standard,the value of MRI,DWI and CT in diagnosis of ovarian tumors was compared.Findings of MRI and DWI were more typical than those of CT in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Compared with histopathological findings,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors were significantly higher than those of CT(P<0.05).The ADC value of benign group was significantly higher than that of malignant group(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of MRI and DWI in diagnosis of the stage of ovarian tumors was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of MRI and DWI is significantly higher than that of CT in diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and the stage.They are of high clinical value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.
