腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎与传统开腹手术治疗阑尾炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and traditional open abdominal surgery for appendicitis

对阑尾炎采用传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗的效果差异进行探究。方法:选取200例阑尾炎患者进行研究,患者分成采用产铜开腹手术治疗的对照组和采用腹腔镜手术治疗的观察组,每组各100例患者,并比较治疗后两组的手术效果差异。结果:比较手术时间、住院时间、术中出血和术后感染率,观察组均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于阑尾炎手术患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,能够获得更好的手术效果,安全疗效高,操作便利,这种手术方法适合在日后的临床治疗上加以广泛推广。

Objective To explore the difference between the traditional open abdominal surgery and thelaparoscopic operation for appendicitis.MethodA total of 200 patients with appendicitis were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group treated by laparoscopy,and 100 cases in each group.The difference between the two groups after operation was compared.Results The operative time,time of hospitalization,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative infection ratewere better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with appendicitis surgery by laparoscopic surgery,surgery can obtain better effect,safety and high curative effect,convenient operation,this operation method is suitable to be popularized in clinical treatment on the day after.
