摘要
以大功率接触器为研究对象,针对接触系统在严酷工作环境中表现出来的耐力学性能较差的情况,应用有限元软件Ansys进行振动仿真。通过分析不同结构参数(簧片质量、压簧刚度)下的振动特性,得出了有关提高大功率接触器抗振动性能的结论。研究可为机械振动条件下大功率接触器因触点接触失效或误动作问题的解决提供参考。
Selecting high power contactor for the study,the contact system usually has unsatisfied anti-vibration performanc in the harsh working environment.The commercial finite element software Ansys for vibration simulation of contactor was applied.By analyzing vibration performance under different kinds of configuration parameters(the quality of the plate,spring stiffness),how to improve the vibration performance of high power contactor was concluded.The study can provide references for the contact invalidation of the contactor and misoperation problem of the high power contactor under the condition of mechanical vibration.
