电力计量用Ⅱ型采集器自动检测系统的设计及应用

Design and Application of Automatic Detection System of Type Ⅱ Collector for Electric Power Metering

为了提高电力计量用Ⅱ型采集器的检测效率,在综合研究Ⅱ型采集器型式结构、工装板、自动上/下料装置、自动接拆线装置、纸箱内膜的基础上,设计并开发了一种电力计量用Ⅱ型采集器自动检测系统。系统利用自动输送设备将各功能装置有机集成,通过改进Ⅱ型采集器的外形结构,设计自动上/下料等装置,实现检测作业全流程的自动化和智能化。设计出样机并试运行,第三方测试结果验证了该电力计量用Ⅱ型采集器自动检测系统的可行性及有效性。该系统的推出,提高了电力计量用Ⅱ型采集器的检测效率,促进了Ⅱ型采集器检测技术升级,具有良好的推广前景和应用价值。

In order to improve the detection efficiency of typeⅡcollector used in electric metering,type structure,fixture board,automatic feeding/unloading device,automatic connection and removal device,car?ton lining of the collector are investigated,and an automatic detection system for typeⅡcollector used in electric metering is designed and developed.The system employs automatic transmission equipment that inte?grates various functional devices organically through improving shape structure of typeⅡcollector and de?signing automatic feeding/unloading device to realize automation and intelligence of the whole process of in?spection operation.Prototype is designed and tested.The third party test results verify feasibility and effective?ness of automatic detection system for typeⅡcollector used in power metering.This system improves the de?tection efficiency of typeⅡcollector used in electric metering and promotes the upgrading of typeⅡcollec?tor detection technology which has good prospect and application value.
