西药临床合理用药在西药药房管理中的应用价值

Application of western medicine pharmacy management in clinical rational use

目的探讨西药药房管理对保证西药临床合理用药的价值。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月1 360张西药处方及83例患者作为对照组(实施常规西药药房管理),另取我院2016年7月~2017年7月1 360张西药处方及83例患者作为研究组(强化西药药房管理措施),比较两组西药处方临床不合理用药情况及患者用药满意率、医疗纠纷发生率。结果研究组西药临床不合理用药的发生率显著低于对照组,患者用药满意率显著高于对照组,医疗纠纷发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强西药药房管理,有助于促进西药临床合理用药,对减少医疗纠纷、提高用药满意率具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of western medicine pharmacy management in clinical rational use.Methods 1 360 prescriptions and 83 patients from Jun.2015 to Jun.2016 were selected as control group with routine management.Another 1360 prescriptions and 83 patients from Jul.2016 to Jul.2017 were selected as research group with western medicine pharmacy management.The incidence of irrational drug use,the patient’s satisfaction and medical disputes were compared.Results There was a significant difference of incidence of irrational drug use and medical disputes,patient’s satisfaction degree between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine pharmacy management can promote rational medication in clinical,reduce medical disputes and improve the patient’s satisfaction degree.
