阿替普酶与大秦艽汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效研究

Effect of alteplase and Daqin gentiana Decoction on acute cerebral infarction

目的分析急性脑梗死患者行阿替普酶与大秦艽汤联合治疗的效果。方法选择2015年1月~2017年2月就诊的68例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为阿替普酶治疗的对照组与联合大秦艽汤治疗的观察组,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果在临床治疗总有效率方面,观察组与对照组分别为94.12%与79.41%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,观察组与对照组分别为8.82%与17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者选择阿替普酶与大秦艽汤联合治疗,不仅能够显著提高治疗效果,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of combination therapy of alteplase and Daqin gentiana Decoction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 68 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into two groups:the control group treated with alteplase and the observation group treated with alteplase and Daqinjiao Decotion.The effect of the two groups of treatment were analyzed.Results In the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the observation group and the control group were 94.12%and 79.41%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);in the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group and the control group were 8.82%And 17.65%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alteplase and Daqing Gentiana decoction in patients with acute cerebral infarction can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also have high safety.
