内镜下扩张治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的临床疗效观察

Endoscopic dilation for the treatment of anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy

目的探讨内镜下扩张治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄的临床疗效。方法将2014年1月~2016年12月期间进行治疗的80例食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者行内镜下扩张治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗成效、病症消退时长以及并发症发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.66%,对照组为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.038,P<0.05)。对照组患者并发率发生情况明显高于观察组患者。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对食管癌术后吻合口狭窄患者行内镜下扩张治疗安全有效,创伤性小,并且有效减少患者的并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dilation for the treatment of anastomotic stenosis after esophageal cancer.Methods The 80 patients undergoing anastomotic stoma stenosis treated from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).Patients in the control group were treated routinely,and patients in the observation group were treated with endoscopic dilation.The efficacy of treatment as well as the length of remission and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.66%,and the control group was 75.00%.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.038,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic dilation of patients with anastomotic stenosis for esophageal cancer is safe and effective.It is invasive and can ensure the patient's treatment in safe and effective,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
