光缆热压印不良效果的原因分析及改善

光缆标志是光缆不可或缺的重要组成部分,对制造厂商的生产、质量管控及运营商的施工和线路维护具有重要的意义。本文简要分析了光缆标志打印方法的优缺点,针对光缆热压印过程中容易出现的印字不清晰、不完整、残留边框、印字机基线偏离光缆中心等异常,主要从光缆定位稳定性、热压印材料、印字轮字块等方面进行了原因分析,并进行了几点改进,使光缆热压印效果得到了较为明显的改善。

Optical fibre cable marking is an indispensable part of optical cable,which is of great significance to the manufacturer's production,quality control and operator's construction and line maintenance.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the optical cable marking printing method are briefly analyzed.In view of the defects such as indistinctness,incompleteness,residual border and the deviation of the embossing wheel baseline from the center of the optical cable,which are easy to appear in the hot embossing process.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons from the aspects of optical cable positioning stability,hot embossing material,embossing wheel block and so on,and makes several improvements,so that the effect of optical cable hot embossing has been improved obviously.
