摘要
常规散纤光缆对光纤着色固化度的要求相对较低,由于光纤带所用的光纤(以下称带纤)在着色后需要并带,所以对固化度的要求更高。如果带纤的固化度不够,在并带时表面未完全固化的油墨层会与树脂相融合,使光纤带的剥离性变差^([1])。为了保证带纤具有足够的固化度,带纤在着色时速度相对较低^([2])。本文研究带纤着色的提速方法,通过工艺技术的改进,实现带纤着色的提速。
The curing degree of fiber in ribbon cable is higher than normal cable,because of the ribbon procedure.The ink and the epoxy will adhered if the ink’s curing degree is not high enough,and the peeling index will be unqualified.To get high curing degree,the speed of the fiber ribbon is low.This paper research the technic of coloring acceleration.The acceleration is achieved by the improvement of technique.
