摘要
从不同收获期水稻的产量和品质表现入手,研究适宜寒地稻作区有利于提高水稻适口性的最佳收获期,结果表明:随着收获期的推迟,水稻的产量逐渐增大,齐穗后55 d收获的水稻产量最高,达9 342.0 kg/hm^2,极显著高于齐穗后40 d收获的水稻产量;齐穗后55 d收获的稻米糙米率、精米率、整精米率三项加工品质均最高,稻米垩白度、垩白粒率较低,且稻米蛋白质含量最低,直链淀粉含量在最适宜范围内为18.8%,综合食味值最高为86.8。所以根据产量和品质表现确定最佳收获时期为齐穗后55 d左右,在该试验地区适宜收获时间在9月30日前后。
Starting with the yield and quality performance of rice at different harvesting dates,the study on the optimum harvesting period for rice palatability in cold regions was helpful to improve the palatability of rice.The results showed that with the postponement of harvesting period,the yield of rice was gradually increased,After 55 days,the yield of rice harvested was the highest(9342.0 kg/hm2),which was significantly higher than that of the rice harvested at 40 days after heading.Three processing qualities of brown rice,milled rice and milled rice The highest chalkiness,the lower chalky grain rate,and the lowest content of rice protein.The content of amylose was 18.8%in the most suitable range,and the highest integrated food taste value was 86.8.Therefore,according to the yield and quality performance to determine the best harvest period of about 55 days after heading,in the test area suitable for harvest time around September 30.
