鼓风机防喘控制与喘振预测应用研究

摘要 鼓风机是高炉冶炼的核心动力设备,喘振是鼓风机固有的机械特性,一旦鼓风机出现喘振,将会给鼓风机和冶炼高炉带来严重危害。传统鼓风机防喘控制系统采用单一PID控制,系统稳定性差,对喘振的调节时间长,导致鼓风机喘振几率较高。将专家系统与PID相结合,可克服单一PID控制的缺点,通过专家系统对管网压力与气体出口流量数据进行分析,从而实现鼓风机防喘振线的动态化,提高鼓风机防喘控制系统对复杂工业环境的适应能力与工作效率,降低鼓风机喘振几率。 The blower is the main power equipment for blast furnace smelting,and the surge is the inherent mechanical characteristic of the blower.Once the blower appears surging,it will cause serious harm to the blower and smelting blast furnace.The traditional blower anti-surge control system adopts a single PID control,but the pure PID anti surge control system has poor stability,and has a long time for surge regulation,which leads to a higher probability of blower surge.The combination of expert system and PID overcomes the shortcoming of single PID control.The data of pipe network pressure and gas outlet flow are analyzed by expert system so as to realize the dynamic blower surge line,improve the adaptability to the complex industrial environment and efficiency of the blower anti-surge control system and reduce the chance of blower surging.
