关于云南香格里拉雪鸡坪铜矿3000t/d选矿厂设计的构思

The Design Concept of Xuejiping Copper Concentrator With 3000t/d Capacity in Xiangri-La,Yunnan Province

通过分析香格里拉县洪鑫矿业有限责任公司所提供的矿石类型和性质及云南省地质局第三大队提交的《云南省中甸县雪鸡坪铜矿区详细普查地质报告》,结合楚雄矿冶质检车间提交的《雪鸡坪铜矿石可选性试验研究报告》确定了选矿工艺流程及选矿工艺指标即该矿为单一的斑岩型铜矿石,生产能力为3 000t/d,其最终产品为铜精矿。设计原矿品位0.5%、精矿品位18.0%、铜回收率85.0%,在精矿中附带回收少量的伴生金和银。铜精矿含硫达40.0%、含金1~1.1g/t、含银40g/t左右,有害杂质含量均不超标,属冶炼厂非常欢迎的优质铜精矿。

The mineral processing flowsheet and index have been confirmed after analyzing the ore types of Xuejiping which is provided by Hongxin Mining Industry Co.Ltd.,and geological memoir which is provided by the third group of Yunnan Geological Survey,and combining with copper beneficiability experiment report of Xuejiping.Ultimately,arriving at conclusion that the ore is single porphyry copper,the capacity of plant is 3 000 t/d,and the final product is copper concentrate.In this design,grade of raw ore is 0.5%,grade of concentrate is 18.0%,copper recovery is 85%,copper concentrate associated with gold and silver,the content of sulphur is 40%,and gold is 1~1.1 g/t,silver is about 40 g/t,harmful impurity is under the limit level,the copper concentrate catch attention of nonferrous metal smeltery greatly.
