摘要
应用某电站的水轮机数据,建立水轮机三维全流道模型,以研究带副叶片混流式水轮机内部流场特征。运用CFD软件,采用Realizable k-ε模型和SIMPLE算法,对水轮机内部流动进行数值仿真,得到水轮机内部流动状况图像。可帮助了解水轮机内部水流流态,从而为水轮机稳定运行和水力优化设计提供参考。
Based on the hydraulic turbine data of a power station,a three-dimensional full flow passage model of a hydraulic turbine is developed to study the characteristics of the internal flow field in a Francis turbine with a secondary blade.By applying CFD and using Realizable k-εand SIMPLE for numerical of the internal flow of turbine,we get the turbine internal flow image.Which can help to understand the flow pattern of water turbine so as to provide reference for the steady operation of hydraulic turbine and hydraulic optimal design.
