摘要
沈冶公司搬迁升级后,机加设备数控化比率达到了65%,如何提高机加设备的生产效率,成为数控技术人员研究的课题。提高数控设备加工效率中很关键的一项是提高数控编程效率,减少辅助时间。对齿轮滚齿加工原理、数控滚齿机及齿轮加工刀具的特性进行了深入的研究,尽管齿轮及切削刀具种类繁多,轮廓曲线颇为复杂,但是因其形状有一定规律性,参数具有有限性,因此程序编制具有相同性,可将其进行模块化。在齿轮加工主程序的设计中将齿轮、刀具参数及啮合关系通过R参数和高级编程语句将其赋值,然后通过数控系统自行计算其啮合关系及循环加工关系,形成数控编程模块化。在加工同类产品时无需再编制主程序,只需改变相应的R参数赋值。大大的降低了劳动强度,节省了编程时间,减少了加工辅助时间,提高了生产效率。
