摘要
以企业绩效考核为起点,阐述了绩效考核的不同种类及有色金属综合性矿业集团管理的复杂性,引出科技绩效考核作为提升科技创新能力的重要手段,对有色金属综合性矿业集团具有重要意义,本文拟研讨科技考核的作用及功能、考核对象范围及权重的确定,指标体系的分类设计,从而提出结合经济波动性、企业生命周期、增量指标设定、综合指标引入、人的主观能动性等五个方面优化企业科技考核工作的建议。
Based on the enterprise performance appraisal,this paper states the different types of performance appraisal and the managing complexity of nonferrous metal mining groups,shows that as an important means to enhance science and technology innovation capability this performance appraisal method has a vital significance for nonferrous metal mining groups.This paper intends to discuss the function of science and technology appraisal,the definition of appraisal objects and appraisal weight and the classification design of index system and put forward the suggestion that the enterprise science and technology performance appraisal should be upgraded combined with economic fluctuation,enterprise lifecycle,increment index setting,comprehensive index introduction and subjective initiative.
