征信市场管理成效分析——基于山东省的数据

Credit Market Management Effectiveness Analysis——Based on Data from Shandong Province

随着我国征信业的不断发展和壮大,人民银行不断强化征信市场监督管理,取得了积极成效。本文通过选择运用变异系数的方法构建征信市场管理成效指数体系,基于这种方法对我国征信管理的有效性进行总体判断。综合本文的实证研究结论,结合当前我国征信管理现状,从加快制度建设、科学规划市场结构等方面提出优化征信管理的政策建议。

With the continuous development and expansion of China's credit information industry,the People's Bank of China has continuously strengthened supervision and management of the credit reporting market,and achieved positive results.This paper constructs a credit reporting market management effectiveness index system by choosing the method of applying the coefficient of variation,and based on this method,it makes an overall judgment on the effectiveness of credit reporting management in China.Based on the empirical research conclusions of this paper,combining with the current situation of China's credit reporting management,this paper proposes policy suggestions for optimizing credit reporting management from the aspects of accelerating system construction and scientifically planning the market structure.
