The people’s subjective theory of Marxism is the theory source and governance base of the Chinese revolution and construction.It is the eternal political pursuit of the Chinese Communists.However,the development of the subject of deliberative democracy is imperfect,and it has already seriously affected the progress of the modernization of state governance.Awakening the awareness of the subject,expanding the scope of the subject,attaching importance to the effectiveness of the subject,and strengthening the leadership of the Party are the practical ways to implement the theory of people’s subjective theory in the process of national governance modernization.
