水工隧洞衬砌裂缝检测与安全分级评价 被引量:6

摘要 裂缝是水工隧洞衬砌的主要病害,目前尚无安全分级评价方法与标准。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种新的评价体系,即采用裂缝、施工缝、压溃与剥落、变形等评价指标,通过对这四项指标进行分级评价,并在其基础上得出衬砌裂损状态的综合评价,从而实现从局部到整体、定量、准确地评价目前衬砌的裂损状态,并给出相应的安全等级。通过工程实例验证说明该评价体系具有可行性,且为衬砌裂缝的修复提供了重要依据,为今后类似隧洞衬砌结构的裂损状态评价提供了参照。 Lining cracks are the main diseases of tunnels,however there are no evaluation system of tunnel lining safety.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a new evaluation system,which takes the cracks,construction joints,crushing and spalling,and deformation as parameters.Based on the four evaluation indicators,a comprehensive quality evaluation system of tunnel lining concrete cracks is proposed.It can quantitatively and accurately evaluate the lining cracks from part to whole and give out the evaluation result of lining cracks.Based on the project example,it is proved that this evaluation system is feasible and provides an important foundation for the repair and reinforcement of the tunnels.And it also offers a reference for the evalua-tion of similar lining cracks.
