水泥砂浆新型涂层磨蚀性能试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on abrasion performance of newcoating for cement mortar material

摘要 为研究泥沙特性与磨蚀角度对有、无新型涂层水泥砂浆材料磨蚀的影响及机理,采用超声振动空化装置配合自主研发的泥沙搅拌装置作为水泥砂浆的磨蚀设备,对新型涂层材料进行了磨蚀性能试验,对比分析了相同磨蚀条件下有、无涂层的磨蚀量大小,并探讨了各自的磨蚀机理。研究表明:超声振动空化装置是一种较好的快速模拟磨蚀的试验方法;泥沙特性与磨蚀角度对水泥砂浆材料磨蚀有较大的影响,随泥沙粒径与含沙量的增大,水泥砂浆磨蚀量增大,当水流含沙量逐渐增大并超过100 kg/m3时,水泥砂浆磨蚀量增加趋势变缓;水泥砂浆材料呈现典型的脆性材料的磨蚀特征,当磨蚀角度小于60°时,涂层材料磨蚀量增加速率趋缓,超过60°后增加速率较大。该涂层对水泥砂浆在小粒径、低含沙量以及小角度的挟沙水流中磨蚀防护效果较好。 In order to study the influences from sediment characteristics and abrasive angle on the cement mortar materials with or without new type of coating and their mechanisms,the experiment on the abrasion performance of a new type of coating material is made with a seK-developed sediment disturber fitted with ultrasonic vibration cavitation device,from which the abrasion degrees of the cement mortar materials with or without the coating under the same abrasion conditions are compared and analyzed,while the abrasion mechanisms of both of them are explored as well.The study shows that the ultrasonic vibration cavitation device is a better testing installation for quick simulation of abrasion.Sediment characteristics and abrasive angle have large influences on the abrasion of the cement mortar material.The abrasion degree of the cement mortar material increases along with the increases of both the sediment particle size and the sand content.When water flow sand content gradually increases and exceeds 100 kg/m,the increasing trend of the abrasion degree of the cement mortar material is to be alleviated.The cement mortar material exhibits the abrasion characteristics of a typical brittle material.When the abrasive angle is less than 600,the increasing rate of the abra-sion degree of the coating material becomes slower,while the increasing rate is larger,if the abrasive angle exceeds 60The abrasion protection effect of the coating material is better for the cement mortar material located in the sediment-laden flow with small particle size,lower sand content and small abrasive angle.
