结膜皮样脂肪瘤显微镜下部分切除联合阻拦式缝合术美容效果观察

The Cosmetic Effect of Conjunctival Dermolipoma Partial Resection Combined with Blocking Suture Under the Microscope

目的:观察皮样结膜脂肪瘤显微镜下部分切除联合阻拦式缝合术的美容效果。方法:选择48例结膜皮样脂肪瘤患者,显微镜下部分切除皮样脂肪瘤,联合阻拦式缝合皮样脂肪瘤包裹膜,术后随访6个月~3年,观察其复发、伤口愈合、并发症等情况。结果:48例患者结膜伤口未见明显瘢痕,无斜视、上睑下垂等并发症。仅1例患者为瘢痕体质,结膜伤口留有显微镜下观瘢痕。结论:显微镜下皮样结膜脂肪瘤部分切除联合阻拦式缝合术方法可靠,美容效果好,值得推广。

Objective To observe the cosmetic effect of conjxinctival dermolipoma partial resection combined with blocking suture under the microscope.Methods Forty-eight cases of conjunvtival dermolipoma were collected,they were treated with partial resection and blocking suture for the encapsulated membrane of conjunvtival dermolipoma under the microscope.Postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 3 years.We observed recurrence rate,wound recovery and complication.Results Wound recovery on 48 conjunvtival cases were no scar,no complication including heterotropia ang ptosis of the upper eyelid.Only one case had scar after operation under the microscope,because the patient is scar constitution.Conclusion Conjunvtival dermolipoma with partial resection and blocking suture under the microscope is reliable,and cosmetic effect is good.The method is worthy of popularization.
