颌间牵引钉牵引治疗颌骨骨折疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Jaw Fracture with Intermaxillary Traction and Intermaxillary Traction

目的:研究分析颌间牵引钉颌间牵引治疗颌骨骨折的疗效及对患者颌面功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2010年10月-2015年6月在笔者医院接受诊治的96例颌骨骨折患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组患者采用手法固定,研究组患者采用颌间牵引钉颌间牵引固定。观察并对比两组患者治疗前后颌面功能、并发症及疗效情况。结果:两组患者术后开口功能评分及咀嚼功能评分均低于治疗前,但研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率4.2%低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率97.9%,高于对照组的72.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颌间牵引钉颌间牵引具有较强的稳定性、生物兼容性及安全性,可有效恢复患者颌面功能,降低并发症发生率,改善患者颌面部外观美,治疗效果佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of intermaxillary traction and intermaxillary traction on the treatment of maxillary fractures and its effect on flmctional recovery of patients undergoing maxillofacial surgery.Methods 96 cases of patients with jaw fractures treated in our hospital from October 2010 to June 2015 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with manual reduction,and the patients in the study group were given intermaxillary traction.The two groups of patients before and after treatment of maxillofacial function and complications,efficacy were observed and compared.Results The open function score and chewing function score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in study group was lower than that in control group 4.2%,25.0%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermaxillary traction intermaxillary traction has strong stability,biological compatibility and safety,which can effectively restore maxillofacial function in patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patienfs maxillofacial appearance,the treatment effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
