互叶白千层内生真菌鉴定及耐精油菌株筛选 被引量:1

摘要 互叶白千层枝叶提炼的茶树精油是一种广谱杀菌剂,具有较高的经济价值。为筛选获得高耐受茶树精油的真菌,对采自江西省抚州地区的互叶白千层的根、茎、叶及皮部的内生真菌进行分离鉴定,共获得149株内生真菌;采用抑菌试验筛选得到1株对茶树精油有明显耐受的真菌,通过形态学结合分子生物学鉴定,属于康宁木霉属。结果表明,互叶白千层内生真菌可以筛选出高耐受精油的菌株。
