摘要 随着信息技术的发展,为了提高PE管道的焊接质量,设计了基于"互联网+"的PE管道智慧焊接检测系统。通过指纹验证,完成了焊接人员身份的智慧识别;通过北斗定位技术,完成了焊接地点的智慧定位;通过焊接参数的无线传输,完成了焊接结果的智慧判断。采用STM32F103RCT6作为硬件平台,添加了R305指纹识别、CH376SU盘管理、北斗定位、KS97无线通信、蓝牙等功能模块,完善了系统设计。该监测系统实时性好,在焊接结束后的10 s内即可得到焊接结果;定位精度高,焊口定位误差最高仅为3 m;评价正确率高达90%。该系统体积小、功能全、稳定性好,能够实时监测影响PE管道焊接质量的三个要素(焊接人员、焊接地点、焊接结果),已经成功应用于实际工作中。 With the development of information technology,in order to improve the welding quality of the PE pipe,the smart welding monitoring system of PE pipeline based on“Internet Plus”is designed.Through fingerprint verification,the smart identification of the welding personnel is completed;through the BeiDou positioning technology,the smart positioning of the welding site is completed;through the wireless transmission of the welding parameters,the smart judgment of the welding result is completed.By using STM32F103RCT6 as a hardware platform,the R305 fingerprint identification module,CH376SU USB flash disk management module,BeiDou positioning module,KS97 wireless communication module,Bluetooth module and other functional modules are extended to complete the system design.The monitoring system has good realtime performance,and after the end of welding,the welding results can be obtained in 10 s;the positioning accuracy is high,the welding mouth positioning error is only 3 m;the high evaluation accuracy can up to 90%.The system is small in size,comprehensive in functionality and stable in operation.It can monitor three factors(welding personnel,welding location and welding results)that affect the welding quality in realtime,and has been successfully applied to practice.
