摘要
信号采集是锅炉远程监测系统的起始端,对后续数据传输及处理至关重要。为保证对锅炉运行参数的可靠采集,对锅炉运行所采集的压力、温度、氧量、流量及煤耗量等物理参数,根据采集类型、信号来源、检测范围和信号用途进行分类研究。具体可分为模拟信号、开关信号和视频信号3类。在分类的基础上,对信号所用传感器进行选型和研制,并介绍了传感器的安装方位和方法。研制了用于锅炉水质硬度监测的硬度报警仪,以及用于耗煤量测量的斗式、皮带式计量称重装置。基于以上采集技术的锅炉远程监测系统,能够有效减少锅炉安全隐患。目前,该系统已成功运用于49台在用锅炉,有效提升了锅炉整体热效率,消除了多起安全隐患,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Signal acquisition is the starting end of boiler remote monitoring system,which is very important for subsequent data transmission and processing.In order to reliably collect the boiler operation parameters,the physical parameters such as pressure,temperature,oxygen volume,flow rate and coal consumption collected from the boiler operation are researched and classified from collection type,signal source,detection range and signal usage.Specifically,they are divided into 3 types:analog signal,discrete signal and video signal.On the basis of classification,the sensors used for signals are selected and developed,and their installation methods and orientations are introduced.The hardness alarm device used to monitor the hardness of water quality,the funnel type and belt type metering weighing devices used to measure the coal consumption have been developed.The remote monitoring system of boiler developed based on above acquisition technologies can effectively reduce the hidden danger of boiler safety.At present,the system has been successfully applied to 49 boilers.The application of the system has effectively improved the overall thermal effciency of the boiler,eliminated many hidden dangers,and achieved good social and energysaving effects.
