慢性疲劳综合征之“郁”论浅识

Depression on the superficial of chronic fatigue syndrome

慢性疲劳综合征作为时代性疾病,西医尚无有效的治疗方法。中医学以"整体观念和辨证论治"为指导思想,认为慢性疲劳综合征的病因病机除了常见的"虚"之外,还有"郁"。从"郁"的角度阐释人体之郁——气血津液之郁、脏腑之郁、经络之郁。并以此为基础,拟定慢性疲劳综合征的治疗原则,即调畅情志,木郁达之;合理饮食,土郁夺之;动静结合,经络活之,从而指导临床。

Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)as a disease of the times,there is no effective therapy of Western medicine.Traditional Chinese Medicine whose guiding ideology is holism and treatment argues that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic fatigue syndrome in addition to the popular“virtual”is“depression”.This paper tries to“stagnation”depression,the perspective of the human body stagnation of qi and blood stagnation of body fluid,zang-fu organs and meridians of the depression.And on this basis,developping CFS treatment principles,namely regulating emotion,facilitate the stagnant wood diet,depression takes the combination of soil,channel live,so as to guide clinical practice.
