摘要
[目的]探讨多院区框架下护理同质管理的方法与效果。[方法]通过优化护理管理构架,采用统一的护理管理制度及质控标准,统筹安排院区间人员的调动和培训,以及借助于护理信息化管理系统等手段,实现院区间同质管理。[结果]分院区在"以病人为中心"和护理管理两大质量指标方面均优于主院区(P<0.05),主院区和分院区病人满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]在一体化管理模式下,通过优化分院区护理管理构架,借助于信息化护理管理系统,可有效促进院区间的同质管理。
Objective:To probe into the method and effect of nursing homogeneity management under the framework of multi hospital area.Methods:By optimizing the nursing management framework,adopting a unified nursing management system and quality control standard,arranging the mobilization and training of staff among hospital branches and with the help of the nursing information management system to realize the homogeneity management among all hospital branches.Results:The hospital branches was superior to the main hospital in the two major quality indexes of“patient centered”and nursing management(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in patients’satisfaction in the main hospital and the branches(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the integrated management model,by optimizing the nursing management framework of the hospital branches,and by means of the information nursing management system,the homogeneous management among hospital branches could effectively be promoted.
