Application of Delphi method to establish operating room pressure ulcer related factors record sheet

[目的]构建符合手术室专科护理特点的压疮相关因素记录表。[方法]成立研究小组,确定调查目的,制定专家函询表,应用德尔菲法对15名专家进行3轮咨询,并对专家咨询结果进行分析整理。[结果]3轮咨询的专家的权威程度分别为0.914 2,0.860 1,0.913 7,专家的意见协调性为0.89,确定了包括33个条目的手术室压疮相关因素记录表。[结论]构建的手术室压疮相关因素记录表为病人术中发生压疮的风险评估提供了测量工具。

Objective:To construct the pressure ulcer related factors record sheet fitting the characteristics of operation room nursing specialist.Methods:the research group was established,and to determine the purpose of the survey and make the expert letter inquiry form.The 15 experts received three consult by using Delphi method,and carry out the analysis and arrangement for the consult results.Results:the Authoritative degree of experts in three rounds of consult was respectively 0.914 2,0.860 1 and 0.913 7.The coordination of opinions of experts was 0.89.Thirty three items of operating room pressure ulcer related factors record sheet were identified.Conclusions:The formed operating room pressure ulcer related factors record sheet provided the assessment tool for risk assessment of pressure ulcer during operation.
