摘要
目的提升社区老年人用药安全性。方法对60名≥60岁的社区老年人,由药师和护士组成的健康教育团队给予60min公开课集体指导及20~30min个体化指导各1次,并发放社区老年人用药安全宣传手册及书面化个体化指导单1份。于干预前及干预后2周测量研究对象用药安全认知、态度及自我效能得分。结果干预后社区老年人用药安全认知、态度及自我效能得分显著高于干预前(均P<0.01)。结论药师和护士联合健康教育能提高社区老年人用药安全认知、态度及自我效能。
Objective To improve medication safety for the elderly in community.Methods A health education team,composed of pharmacists and nurses,gave 60 minutes group education through public lecture and 20-30 minutes individual guidance for 60 community elderly people(aged 60 or above),and distributed a brochure of medication safety for the elderly in the community and a hard copy of individualized guidance to each elderly people.The participants’cognition,attitude and self-efficacy of medication safety were measured before and 2 weeks after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of cognition,attitude and self-efficacy of medication safety of the elderly were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The combined health education by pharmacists and nurses can improve the cognition,attitude and self-efficacy of medication safety for elderly in community.
