移动护理标本采集模块的应用

Application of mobile nursing specimen collection module

目的应用移动护理信息系统标本采集模块,规范标本采集流程,提高执行率及标本采集质量。方法在传统标本采集流程的基础上2016年1~6月对17个病区逐步采用移动护理标本采集模块,完成标本采集251 993例次,2016年7~12月全院25个病区均推广采用成熟的移动护理标本采集模块,完成标本采集265 639例次。结果 2016年7~12月护理人员标本采集执行率(99.48%)显著高于2016年1~6月(81.45%)(P<0.01)。结论应用移动护理标本采集模块有利于提高标本采集执行率。

Objective To apply the specimen collection module of mobile nursing information system,to standardize specimen collection process and improve implementation rate and quality of specimen collection.Methods On the basis of the traditional specimen collection procedure,the mobile nursing specimen collection module was gradually adopted in 17 wards from January to June 2016,and 251 993 specimens were collected.From July to December 2016,25 wards were popularized with mature mobile nursing specimen collection module,and 265 639 specimens were collected.Results The implementation rate(99.45%)of specimen collection by nurses from July to December 2016 was significantly higher than that from January to June 2016(81.45%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of mobile nursing specimen collection module can improve implementation rate of specimen collection.
