摘要
扩散加权成像(DWI)能够反映组织内水分子的扩散状态。由于不同分级的胰腺疾病组织内水分子的扩散性和扩散程度有所不同,可以利用DWI的多种参数对胰腺疾病进行定性、定量地诊断、鉴别和分级。就DWI原理及其与扩散张量成像(DTI)、扩散峰度成像(DKI)等成像技术在胰腺炎及胰腺肿瘤分级中的应用及其局限性进行分析。
Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)can reflect the diffusion condition of water molecular in vivo tissues.Due to different diffusivities of water molecules in pancreas tissues among different stages of pancreatic diseases,several parameters of DWI can be used to qualitatively and quantitatively assess the pancreatic diseases in diagnosis,differential diagnosis and classification.In this paper we reviewed the mechanism of DWI,and the application of DWI,diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)and diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)techniques in classification of the common diseases of pancreas and their limitations.
