摘要
电视辅助的胸腔镜手术(video-assisted thoracic surgery,VATS)具有创伤小、并发症少、患者术后恢复快的特点,非常适合用于对孤立性肺结节和肺磨玻璃密度影的明确诊断。VATS是早期肺癌诊疗的十分安全、有效的方法,能在明确诊断的同时进行治疗。
The potential advantages of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)include less postoperative pain,fewer paraesthesias and better cosmetic results.VATS is very suitable for the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules and ground-glass opacity and a very safe and effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of early stage lung cancer.
