二甲双胍联合维格列汀对2型糖尿病的疗效及患者血清氧化物质水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :研究二甲双胍联合维格列汀对2型糖尿病的疗效及患者血清氧化物质水平的影响。方法 :根据随机数字表方法将76例2型糖尿病患者分成对照组和联合组各38例,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,而联合组采用二甲双胍联合维格列汀治疗。比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果 :治疗后联合组疗效、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平显著高于对照组,活性氧化类物质、空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均没有出现严重不良反应。结论 :二甲双胍联合维格列汀对2型糖尿病的治疗作用确切,可降低患者血糖水平,减轻氧化应激损伤,无明显不良反应,安全有效。 Objective:To study the effect of metformin combined with vildagliptin on type 2 diabetes mellitus and serum oxidant levels.Methods:Seventy-six patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into a control group(treated with only metformin)and a combination group(treated with both metformin and vildagliptin)with 38 cases each based on the random number table method.The effects and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy and the levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly higher while the levels of active oxidizing substances,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower in the combination group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Metformin combined with vildagliptin possesses definite therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus and can reduce the blood sugar level and the oxidative stress injury with good efficacy and safety and without obvious adverse reactions.
