硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效

Clinical effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy with hypertensive disorder

目的 :观察硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法 :将在我院接受治疗的83例妊娠期高血压患者分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=40),对照组使用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在此基础上联合硝苯地平治疗。结果:观察组的有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的82.50%(33/40);治疗后的血压比较观察组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组围产儿及孕妇死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 :硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder-complicating pregnancy.Methods:Eighty-three patients with gestational hypertension treated in our hospital were enrolled and divided into an observation group(43 cased treated with both nifedipine and magnesium sulfate)and a control group(40 cased treated only with magnesium sulfate).Results:The total efficiency was higher in the observation group(95.35%)than the control group(82.50%)after treatment.The blood pressure was better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The mortality of perinatal infants and pregnant women was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nifedipine and magnesium sulfate for the treatment of pregnancy with hypertension possesses good clinical effect.
